1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you make sense of the obligations and rights described throughout this document.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Residency

2.4 One Account Per Person

Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts involved will be closed and all balances, including any accumulated winnings, will be voided.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk789 login credentials. 3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pk789 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after this period to cover administrative costs. Players will be notified by SMS and email before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in and placing a bet will stop inactivity fees from accruing.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk789 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completing KYC verification. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours depending on interbank processing times. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on pk789 use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of all previous rounds. pk789 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard mathematical house edge built into each game's design.

6.2 Live Game Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Tier Benefits

12 Changes to These Terms
